I don't know that I've ever shipped a pairing from a single movie before. I mostly ship from books, tv and sometimes from movie series. It takes time for a romance to be believable for me. I need to see chemistry develop. Even with non-canon romances I need the characters to interact enough.

The only movie pairing that hit it big for me was Eames/Arthur from Inception. I think that movie had just the right level of chemistry with obvious history in addition to an obviously interesting unexplored universe. Even then though, once you've read a certain number of Inception fics, you've kind of read them all.

IDEK what media people get into shipping these days

Apparently mostly anime, video games, cartoons, and kpop bands it feels like?

That's what it feels like to me, too. Pretty much all my shipping is from live action TV shows (and occasionally books) and I feel like no one ever likes the same stuff I do. Most of the secrets here these days are for things I know zero about because it's almost all anime/cartoon/video games as far as I can tell.

I guess making TV secrets is the obvious thing to do here
