From the one tiny review I’ve seen so far, it looks like the Twi’lek might just be a mask. I hope I’m wrong.

I watched the gameplay trailer and I suspect it's either a helmet or headcovering like the other elements. All of the aliens' mouths move, so it looks like (I'm hoping) the alien parts are integrated into character creation so they can be worn with all the outfits.

They're headcovers and accessories rigged to move with the face. Which makes me fear they'll take them off in the shower.
