Steve is all tech.

Steve's powers *are* technological. Howard Stark and Erskine literally made him superpowered with gamma rays and a serum. There is absolutely nothing magical about him. It's not his own strength. Anybody could have it. In fact, the Hulk does x 100,000 and I don't see him listed for some odd reason. Not to mention, Howard made that vibranium shield Steve relies upon so heavily. Its properties are unparalleled because it's a perfectly forged dome of a vibranium and absorbs kinetic energy. Again, tech.

Likewise, T'Challa could be ripped in half if it weren't for Shuri's tech-built suit. It's more vibranium, baby, and extremely advanced.

I'd talk about Thor's hammer but...well, anyway. You get it.

Stephen Strange is the only one with solely inherent magical powers (and he's trained heavily with them) in your post. So, way to go with 1/4 on your point.

This is 70s sci-fi sufficiently-advanced-technology, though, and literally wielded by a Norse god

It's magic

But Thor's elemental magic is inherent to himself and Mjölnir was just a conduit for that magic, training wheels you could say. That's kinda a plot point in Ragnarök.
