NAYRT but that's a bit apples and pastries imo. Bitch and cunt while often considered negative definitely don't have the historical weight that anti-LGBT slurs and the n-word have at all.

I'm not here to play oppression olympics, but cunt is a slur. Maybe not in the UK, but in North America, it's a slur. And personally, I think the only reason bitch isn't considered a slur is because people are often incredibly blind to sexism.

A slur doesn't have to be The Most Serious Slur Of All The Slurs to be a slur.

So I disagree that it's apples and pastries. I'd say it's apples and somewhat smaller apples.
