And agreed, it would be great if his white coworkers would stand beside him, but...here we are.

I think maybe they aren't speaking out because (1) they don't want to overshadow John speaking out about his experience and (2) his contemporary costars don't have social media.

And let's not forget, Star Wars fandom itself is why most of his co-stars no longer have social media, and toxic Finn stans played an active part in running them off of social media platforms.
