On the one hand: Yes, this.

On the other: I like the idea of creatures far more powerful than me drinking my vital fluids. (Vampires, obviously, but also look up "Shin Megami Tensei IV neurishers".) I don't like the idea of any type of creature eating my flesh, nor of doing so myself. If this is cannibalism, it's a pretty non-central example.
