Yeah, I looked it up and found this:

Once purchased, "Mulan" will remain unlocked to watch on Disney Plus for as long as you remain a subscriber.

And additionally:

All Disney Plus subscribers will be able to watch "Mulan" with their standard subscription starting December 4, three months after the "Premier Access" release.
