One thing that will make me cry without fail is the episode of Futurama with Fry's dog.

Adding on to this, I'd also say the endings of:

The Luck of the Fryrish
Game of Tones

And the episode "The Sting"

Hell, I'll even throw in the endings of "Lethal Inspection" and "Leela's Homeworld" and "Bender's Big Score." For a comedy, it sure had a tendency to punch you in the heart when you weren't ready.

I always skip over that episode while rewatching because I just can't with how sad it makes me feel.
