Rare pairs! Which ship do you love but has literally no fics on AO3?

I have a couple of ghost ships but they're for fandoms so tiny and obscure that no one will have heard of them. :/

Same. I'm actually in the process of rewriting a story I wrote 20 years ago for my very favorite ship ever, which I only saw a literal handful of other people ever write fic about, generally very short or RP logs. (Which I absolutely treasured.)

Rarepair in tiny, now-ancient fandom means no one else is going to want to read it when I'm done and I doubt I'll post it anywhere, but I'm having an excellent time writing it and falling in love with these messed up dudes all over again, so oh well. I do wish I had stuff to read that wasn't my own though. Genfic or other pairings in the fandom even. :P

Steve/Thor needs more long fics that are not just PWP.

Charles Xavier/Logan from X-Men.

Steve/Thor also needs more PWPs. And more PWPs were Thor isn't always the one in charge. I'm biased because I have a thing for sub!Thor. But just because he's bigger doesn't mean he has to dom all the time. Also, more Steve/Thor/Bucky in all its various permutations.

Last I looked, Takeshi Kovacs / Poe from Altered Carbon didn't have any, but now I see a few.

Not NO fics, but as far as I know Courfeyrac/Cosette has *one* fic where they're actually the main pairing and not just a sidenote to Marius/Cosette. It's called 'Some Friendlier Sky' and I love it with all my heart.

I've been binging some older shows lately and falling for ships I never would have thought about when they first aired.

Claire/Noah from Heroes. Their relationship on the show was so charged right from the start. Secrets, betrayal. The constant swinging between love and hate could have been explored in so many ways. Fic, surprisingly, seems very hard to find.

Jack/Teal'c. I was originally a hardcore Sam/Jack shipper. Later I understood why people shipped Jack/Daniel but a recent rewatch had me shipping Jack and Teal'c, the two warrior spirits. Loyalty and honor. Teal'c basically gave up his whole life because he saw in Jack the person he wanted to be.

MacGyver/Jack Dalton. Original flavour. There are plenty of fics shipping Mac with the lady of the week but so few shipping Mac and Jack. Considering their long and adventure filled history I would have expected many, many more fics.
