Re: Controversial Unpopular Opinions?

There are a lot of people that genuinely enjoy being angry and actively put themselves in situations where they'll be socially 'allowed' to be angry, even going out of their way to misconstrue the situation in question, warping it into a convenient 'emotional dog house' of their own making. It's getting more and more common online where people are just upset for no discernible reason but it makes perfect sense if you place yourself in their shoes: they are in an anger box, walled in at all sides except the one that they are barking at you from.

This isn't an opinion, it's just a plain fact

It's on all sides of the map too; there is someone from each and every kind of background guilty of it. No one group is immune and there are a lot of angry people putting out a lot of angry opinions disguised as fact. It isn't just one side of any fence. Leash etiquette: always remember to reel in your own leash if you're feeling angry before hitting 'submit' because chances are, your angry opinion might not be accurate. An angry attacking dog may look honorable if justified or it might look merely rabid.

Yeah, this is just true.

Sure, there are plenty of people that seem to look for any little thing to get upset over, but a lot of times, I feel like people are angry over actual legitimate, justifiable things, and there are people telling them it's over nothing.

I guess my point is that people who genuinely just like being angry are probably a small number, and that most people actually do have a reason for being upset about the things that upset them, even if other people don't like/agree with that reason.

Yeah, I can see it. I made the secret yesterday about Allison in Umbrella Academy, and someone in the comments tried to make out like I was hating on her? Just could not understand that one.
