I don't totally know what we mean when we talk about Puritanical.

To me, I think what's frustrating is that it seems like everyone goes to one of two extremes. On the one hand, people seem to deny that there's any moral dimension to entertainment and culture whatsoever. And then on the other hand, people want to reduce entertainment and culture to nothing more than their moral dimensions. And both of those positions just seem ridiculous to me.
