I haven't taken my antidepressants in well over a year and I've stopped having dreams. It feels like I just close my eyes, fall asleep, and then wake up hours later with no dreams in-between.

Honest question, do you like that or not? For me, I love dreams. Dreams help keep me sane and in a good place mentally. And the bad ones are worth it for the good ones. But I know others don't like dreams and would much rather not dream or not remember their dreams at all.

You are right. They dream, they just don't remember it and I think they aren't as vivid at the time.
