No, like seriously, this.


I am not sexually attracted to anyone. I never have been, never will be. I understand the difference between sex repulsed and not inclined, but overall, and by basic and literal definition- when you are sexually attracted to someone, you are not by every distinctive standard- asexual.
I get that people want to be unique and special snowflakes, but by consistently thrusting themselves into a preference that isn't theirs is just sad to me. Like you can fit every stereotype and still not fall into said category, you can have a low sex drive and still have a sexuality. It's really not that hard. I really wish people didn't simply rely on the inaccurate opinions of Tumblr SJW's as a means to define themselves.

I'm late replying, but yeah. It's already hard enough to be taken seriously, having people who I guess want to be special (I obviously don't know their motivations, but I'm not sure what other reason they'd have) claim to be asexual when they're obviously not just makes it easier to dimiss those of us who actually are. It's frustrating.
