Now that I know she is apparently espousing the view that colors are gendered, I understand your concern a little better.

In that case, I would probably hope she brought it up again and then firmly, clearly tell her in no uncertain terms "That's not true. That's a silly thing some people say, but it's wrong. Blue is a girl color, red is a girl color, green is a girl color, and pink is a girl color. And you know what? Boys can have all the colors too. Girls can have all the colors, and so can boys." Something like that. But also, let her know that pink can be her color, too, if she wants. All the colors are girl colors, including pink.
