I think you can talk to her about it without giving the impression that being a girl and liking girly things is bad. Just tell her it's okay to like girl things, but it's equally okay to like boy things, and it's also okay to like both. Tell her she can like both blue and pink. If you're into this kind of thing, you could maybe give her an age-appropriate history lesson on why pink and blue are the current girl and boy colors, and how it used to be the opposite.
