I tend to like some stuff that kind of flirts with mild body horror but leans into kink instead. So no vore or anything like that. But like, messy, frantic vampire feeding, where the character being fed off of looks like a bloody crime scene afterwards, but it feels really good to both parties and nobody dies. Or like, a character sprouts tentacles and is horrified by them at first, but their partner is secretly like, “Those are super fascinating and also I want them in me.”

A character fetishizing the blood of someone they are in love/obsessed with. Bonus points if the character is emotionally repressed and doesn’t fully understand what their fixation with the blood even is.

Knotting and self-lubing butts. (This one is obviously pretty popular, but in a divisive way where people who don’t love it tend to hate it.)
