The secret OP is referring to Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, where JYB played Adam Park, the second Black Ranger. Specifically, it's a line in the MMPR movie. The six rangers each receive ninja powers from spirit animals, and Adam's is a frog (compared to the falcon, crane, bear, wolf, and ape the other five got)

He didn't, exactly. But his spirit animal (and Zord) in one of the versions of Power Rangers was a frog. And there's a famous scene in the movie where the kids all get their animals.. There's, like, a bear, and a tiger and all that cool stuff. And Adam says, "I'm a frog..." It's just really cute.

Um, are you sure you're not referring to some other secrets? I mean, 127 is Death Note and 128 is freakin BATMAN(Hi, big bro :D)

By "what canon" do you mean "which episode"? And if so, the coconut is from "The Nightmare of Milky Joe" wherein Howard and Vince get stuck on a deserted island.

ohmygod. I just watched the end of the series from Netflix, and I felt so incredibly sad at the end. I'm glad I didn't see that as a child. I would have never recovered.
