I think you're right, I should lay off the news and pick up a new exercise to burn my feelings lol
I didn't think of stockpiling comfort material. Thanks so much for suggesting that. I think I'll try that.

I always shut down news sites fairly early in the evening and refuse to look at them again the rest of the night. Been doing that the past few years, and it really helps me sleep a little better. Maybe that can help you de-stress a little more easily, too :).

I hope the comfort material and exercise help you out a bit as well!
