116: I've never even heard of the series in the top row. *Adds to Amazon wish list . . . *
125: Emotionally attractive =/= Physically attractive =/= Psychologically attractive. House is 2 out of 3, for me - I'm an intellisexual - but that last one's a dealbreaker.
129: Will it cause wank if I point out that I love Julian Lennon's voice, and think he's a better singer than his dad was? I fully agree that John's by far the better songwriter, but Julian's voice is just yummy.
130: I don't think you're likely to get very far with that, but I certainly understand the impulse.
131: Oh, dear. I hadn't ever heard of that movie, either, but I may have to watch it just because Clea DuVall is in it.
138: Don't feel bad; I did that a couple of times back in the day - the show has some "animation? What animation? We're throwing paint at cels" moments where they really are practically identical.
148: So people can't gripe that they don't match the myths? I don't think it's a good use of one's time, sure, but I don't see it as inherently ridiculous. Then again, I did that with Buffy.
152: I'm over 30, my introduction to anime was watching Akira raw, I don't think of myself as an otaku because I spend more time on Western SF, and I still watch anime regularly. What does age have to do with it? If you dropped out of the hobby because you don't have time for it, fine, but don't blame it on your age.
154: It's the hands. At least, it is for me.
166: I just got introduced to her via "As Cool As I Am" earlier this year. Freakin' awesome, that song is.
