132) Also agreed! SPOILER I could NOT believe that they started randomly eating each other's face at the end of the latest episode. I just...cannot believe it. I don't want to believe it. Talk about random and just plain weird! It was like they were trying to shock us, but they couldn't think of anything appropriately shocking, so they just randomly threw them together in the last few seconds of the show. Why? :\ END SPOILER

I celebrated Usagi and Chibiusa's birthday in June. I see it as along the lines of writing birthday-esque fanfic, but more tangible. It was fun and it was mainly an excuse to buy a cake and decorate it with lots of sugary crap. Yum.

My dad couldn't help but wonder why there was a small pink cake with Japanese on it in the bottom of our fridge.

104. I've only read the HYD manga, but if that is the actor who played Domyoji then at least he'll have experience playing creepy boyfriends 8[;; I was appalled by how the protagonist still fell in love with him after he nearly got her raped, twice.

104. A little OT but I totally agree about Domyoji. He was such a prick, esp. in the manga, and never changed at all. He only stalked and threatened to do crazy things till she gave in. I was hoping the whole time she'd end up with Rui. At least he was nice to her :/

148. Haha. It's because they're not. They're only tangentally related to the original vampire myth (corpses which drink blood, sleep in the ground during the day, etc). Hell, they don't even need human blood to survive and they can apparently live off of animal blood (which takes away from the whole "horror and folklore" thing), plus they don't have any of the traditional weaknesses (sunlight, crosses, garlic, counting sand/rice/what have you). They're not vampires. They're a new Mary Sue race for her "heroine" to fawn over and fall in love with.

Vampires don't sparkle. They just don't (they do burst into flames).
