137 - Oh yeah, the only thing worse than having a fandom that writes multiple China/Tibet rapefics, Native-tan getting raped and impregnated by colonialists, 9/11 and Pearl Harbor and Rape of Nanking fics, specifically requests racism and rape between UK and Hong Kong, and writes WW2 Germany/Poland rapefic, is people saying hey, maybe that's not okay.

116 - Almost completely agree here, although I was more interested in Pierce's books which were set in the Tortall universe.

But yeah, I'd give him my number if I could go back in time by about 20 years to when he was a young, (probably) single prop comedian. It'd feel really really awkward to do it now, when he's married with kids and quiiiite a bit older than me.

From what I've heard from a Twi-fan friend of mine, that vampire wasn't even supposed to be black. Still, more non-white main characters would be nice to see :)

I know, right? I mean, the boys certainly are pretty, but ... there's a story, too, you know! If someone doesn't want to like it, fine, but I personally love history and how Hetalia portrays the interaction between the nations might be a little skewed from how it actually is, and they may play on stereotypes a lot, but I think there's enough historical canon. <3

Ahaha, she's creepy, small-minded and a bigot. My favorite crazy mod moment was when she said she was going to protest at Obama's inauguration because other people protested at Bush's. So apparently she's protesting because Obama was democratically elected? I don't know. Anyway, it was hilarious. I have no idea how she became a mod either.

You are adorable, bb ♥ Don't worry, you'll remember which character is which soon enough. (Of course, it doesn't help that there are so many animation mistakes in the G1 series. You'll often find one character speaking with the voice of another. That probably adds to the confusion.)

I have sort of mixed feelings about that anime. Mostly I hate that I love it, because I'm pretty sure it detracts both from my feminist credentials and my claims to having good taste. But, yes, I cried. Just a little, though; not like I cried over Utena, after which I had to curl up in bed and sob for ten minutes, then go back and rewatch the last scene because I hadn't caught all of it the first time through due to my vision being blurred by tears. (And if the OSP hasn't seen Utena yet, she needs to. I'm pretty sure KnM actually had a couple of homages to it...)

Please talk to someone. There are plenty of people who can and want to help. Call a hotline or go to a hospital/doctor, tell them you need a counsellor because you're having suicidal thoughts. Take care of yourself, bb.
