148: Yeah, a mythology Meyer got COMPLETELY WRONG. Sure they're mythical. They have a SET MYTHOLOGY for a REASON. No, Stoker didn't invent it, but he at least got his facts straight. You don't see people screwing with Greek mythology the way Meyer screws with vampires (Yeah, I went there, and don't mention Hercules/Xena, because they at least kept to the god mythos).

I'm really late - but, OP? Your confusion is justified. Seriously, watch this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7U5ksgVgR4). The animators mix up the two shot after shot. I had the same problem too. In the episode where Blue makes a comment about Hound having 'glitch-mice in his circuits' (or something) I just blinked, wondering when Prowl started making such cheesy jokes.

AHHH "Roll For It" is the episode that got me confused in the first place! There are a couple scenes in that ep I like, so I watch it a lot...And they keep switching places! The animators really failed in that ep @_@

It's one batshit insane fandom sometimes, I have to say. It's so divided with way too much elitism on one side and way too much utterly mindless fangirling on the other.

160 - Ahahah I think I kind of adore you. I love Jack (for reasons I won't get into here) but I agree x 100000 that he is NOT right for Kate! He doesn't love her, he just wants to control her. Jack has a controlling, obsessive personality. If his disaster of a marriage he had before he ended up on the island wasn't enough proof of that (and I don't know how it could NOT be enough proof, geez), seeing him lose his mind in the flashforwards says it all.

104 - I'd definitely watch a Japanese remake of "Twilight" (J-drama! Make it a J-drama!) with Oguri Shun as Edward/[insert old-fashioned Japanese name here]. He's got enough real-life sparkle where I'd ignore the rest of the ick for his sake. I'd probably LOL the whole way, but still, it'd be fun to watch. Plus, he does quiet and moody very well!

105 - I'd start watching Doctor Who. Not for RPattz, but to LOL and enjoy the wank because I'd know what people were talking about. Not being in the fandom, I'm a bit surprised the "who" it is hasn't been revealed/leaked yet. I know the odds were on certain people more than others, but yeesh, how long are the producers gonna keep the fans waiting? I'm just curious.

107 - AGREED! Well, TBH, I don't know the actor and was just not planing on seeing Origins, but now that I know Gambit's going to be in it, I'M THERE! If the actor kicks ass at it, so much the better.

148 - Part of the reason why I dislike "Twilight" is because Meyer didn't bother to do any research on the vampire mythos. I'd never say "because they're not 'real' vampires," because I know vampires aren't real. But as mythical beings, they've got certain features that make them what they are, and Meyer just threw that out the window. Some people think that's her way of being original, but then why bother calling them vampires? Why bother with all the "I'm the bad guy" stuff? I felt she was just being cheap and it ruined a really good archetype. Now people (especially young girls) are going to expect all vampire-characters to be pretty, sparkly, super-strong, invincible to all but other vampires, etc. and that's just NOT what the legends have been about all these hundreds of years. Well-developed characters will get ignored or hated on the basis of them not being Twilight-like vamps. -_-;

152 - FTW! I love Ryouga/Ukyou (second only to Ranma/Akane....) and it matters not how old you are! Ranma is one of the best!

172 - I hate to say it, but I wouldn't even give the show a chance because the book sucked so badly. Now I wonder if I missed out on something good, and I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't at least try to watch it to see if it could be better than the original. I wonder if that's true of everything Candace Bushnell writes? I've heard she's writing screenplays for a new teen series based off Carrie (Sex and the City)'s younger years.
