Some Star Trek: Original Series. Some Dr. Jeff: Rocky Mountain Vet. And some My Cat From Hell.

I've been doing a rewatch of ST:TOS. It's such fun! Apart from the misogyny bit, of course.

Actually there is very little misogyny, if any at all in the original series. It's a strange sort of misunderstanding that is entirely the opposite of truth. Most people misremember it though spoofs and jokes that became all the more popular through the later series. TOS is actually the absolute least racist and sexist of any incarnation to date.

For instance the womens wardrobes- they're all cut to the actresses will for the most part. Nichelle Nichols purposely asked for a shorter skit because at the time the freedom of the act was unprecedented. There are a number female extras you see in the Enterprise who wear pants as well.
Many "red shirts" actually have continuous storylines that most people completely ignore despite them playing major roles in certain episodes.

What part is misogynist exactly? If you don't mind me asing.

Hm, I didn't know that about the uniforms! The bits that riled me up were the differing presentation of male and female characters - soft focus for the women, plus "sexy" music for young women neither of which are given to men. The dearth of older women characters as opposed to lots of older male characters. So many babe-of-the-week storylines which involve said babe falling for Kirk - and that and their help to Kirk being their sole function in the story. So many conference scenes in which all members of the group are men. And so on. And it's directly addressed in "Turnabout Intruder" though that's been retconned since.

All of its time though that didn't prevent me from being annoyed by it back in the early 70s when I first saw it.

But I did practically stand up and cheer when we got a young black woman engineering officer. That was grand.
