The problem is that a lot (most?) of the people who are into homeopathy are into it exactly because they don't like/trust modern medicine and now matter how much you tell them 'get a vet's opinion first', if they see someone as prominent as Galaxy hawking homeopathy, they're choosing homeopathy.

I know. And honestly, if it were anyone else, I would probably be more annoyed. I just feel like he's done so much good for cats that I'm willing to cut him slack in this area I guess. I'm very willing to admit that I'm biased when it comes to him, though.

This. Legitimizing snake oil is not a good thing for someone as prominent as Jackson Galaxy to do. It's not harmless. I realize philstar loves this guy, but this is not a good thing for him to do.
