Ugh, I know. x_x When she told me about all the parallels, I was even more disgusted than I had been before, when I thought she'd only done that shit to her. (Then again, the new revelations caused me to think back on how the manipulator in question had lamented about one of her good friends "abandoning" her a while back because of something horrible that had happened to her, and I realized that had probably been a similar situation, and that other good friend had probably finally gotten smart and gotten sick of her lies.)

So yeah, I have no doubts she's moved on to leech off someone else. God help them. :/
