So... Reverse Image search says this is Huge (2010) by ABC family.

"There's more to a person than what can be seen on the outside, as a group of teens and staffers at a weight-loss camp learn in this drama series. As the teens work on getting healthy, they and the staff learn a lot about one another and about themselves." - ImDb

Uh... well, that's not exactly... you know people of all sizes having adventures. That entire summary makes me go "no. do not want." Maybe the writing was really good, the concept rings a LOT of alarm bells for me. Especially since 2010 was the HUGE reality show phase and they had "The Biggest Loser." This isn't a concept that's really going to GRAB fandom. Except in AUs.
