I hated her in Batman, but she looks really good here.

I agree that most of the adaptations/remakes she's in are bad, but I don't think it's her fault they're bad. In most cases it's issues with story/script.

Also, I liked her in Batman. I acknowledge that's an unpopular opinion, but I stand by it. I think she was a great modern Catwoman.

I don't think it's the fault of her acting, it's just I'm starting to see her as a jinx for adaptations.

Yeah, I can understand that. And I mean, there is something to be said for the fact that some actors seem to have bad taste in projects. Or maybe their management is just bad at directing them to good projects? Or maybe they just have bad luck, idk.

I get OP, though. It's not that she herself is inherently bad at these roles, but she's turned into kind of a harbinger of doom when it comes to how good a movie's going to be.

The Devil Wears Prada, though. A good adaptation of a shitty book, starring Anne Hathaway.

i know what you mean, but I also think it is sorta her because she's a good enough actress but a safe (or just bad lol) script picker that she gets casts in a lot of things that are questionable adaptations but she's fine in.

that said if I could have the opening scene with her in batman as the whole movie i'd take it i love it so fucking much. and I've heard mixed reviews for the witches so you might want to watch for yourself
