It started in S1, though I'd have to rewatch to give you details, but there was something about the way he talked to, maybe it was Tilly? It just came across as really passive-aggressive and yet also condescending to me. Or maybe it was just something entirely irrational? I can't recall, but the end product is that by the end of S1 he irked me no end.

He was marginally better in S2, I guess, or maybe I just got better at tuning him out.

We dont have CBS AA anymore, so I can't check, and don't know if I feel different about S3.
