I'm fortunate that none of those tropes are very popular in my main fandom, but I've run afoul of them before, and I'm skeeved out by every single one for the same reasons you mentioned.
I will sometimes give a soulmate AU a chance if it's by an author I trust, and those have essentially always been twists on the theme where the characters take control of their fate by removing their soulmate mark and dating whoever, or by finding happiness with someone they know isn't their soulmate. That I actually kind of like. Omegaverse I won't touch with a ten foot pole, though.
