105. Too lazy? How is that possible? "Hey what does that sign say?" "Oh sorry, I'm too lazy to read it."
Subs are SO EASY to read, it becomes almost involuntary. Half the time my friends and I don't even REALIZE we're reading the subtitles.

105. Just as a note, because I haven't seen this brought up and it's been kind of eating at me... My mom actually does have trouble reading subtitles. She has to concentrate to read the sentences on the screen, and if they're too long and/or going too fast, she can't catch all of it. I know other people who really do have to concentrate, or at least take a lot of their attention off of what's going on in the action itself, in order to read the subtitles. So I can understand people not wanting to put all that effort into it when they feel it's not worth it and there's an easy alternate solution out there.

Ahhh, I didn't mean people who can't actually read the subtitles , (my mom can't without getting distracted), I meant the people who can but make the excuse that they're too lazy to do so.

Just because that's true for you and your friends, it doesn't mean it's true for everyone.

The colours, the speed, the size; a multitude of factors could mean it's difficult to read subs.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I didn't mean the people who have trouble reading them. I was referring to the people who don't even try to read subtitles because they make the excuse that they're "too lazy" to do so.
