I think it's called microfleece? Those really soft throw blankets are made out of it.

Animals. Love petting my kitty. And also snakes are nice to touch and reptiles in general. And smushy sea creatures like octopi and squid.

Also those really soft blankets, not sure what they are called. Velvet. Really fluffy towels.

Human skin (on living people obviously).

I love the feel of old books.

My cat... is a big fluffy boy. I will just bury my face in his tummy floof sometimes, but petting any of him is delightful.

Velvet is a good runner-up, and minky fabric.
