After seeing so many complains about Brie Larson, her acting in Captain Marvel and her "lack of range" I decided to sit down and watch some of her other movies and now I can say this:

BRIE LARSON WAS WASTED ON THE MCU

She is a pretty good actress and (imo) with a good director and a good script, her acting skills really shine. This coming from someone who liked the movie okay but thinks we could have had something better.

Secret because I’m venting over YT constantly reccing me dudes who have entire channels based on hating her (and no I’m not even exagerating or joking, it’s really annoying and creepy and I’ve massive blocking them because YT won’t stop shoving them on me).

I love this secret <3 I really really do AND it made me laugh!

The worst part about these kinds of things (as a self insert OC writer myself) is having these kinds of jokes or lines you think are clever (I made such a line the other day and spent two minutes cracking up) and never sharing them because who is going to know what the hell you're talking about!

Not any of the secret makers, but the anon who is starting the rewatch -- I too was inspired by these secrets :)

It's a fun series I have good memories about (while not involved in fandom). It's just wonderful when a show (really, it is art, so I'll say that) when art can inspire, renew a person, if only a little, if only by bringing a bit of light into their lives. I'm glad this has made things better for you, OP. :)

According to a Tumblr post I recently saw, there’s something akin to a tiny Onceler fandom for a lot of children’s movies, and the Onceler was unusual only because his fandom got so big. It said the recent Lorax-equivalent was Spies in Disguise.
