What I heard is that the final versions of Charlie and Vaggie weren't written as a couple by Vivzie, but several of her team assumed that they were when they saw the final product, so she said sure. So it's not a "Dumbledore" because she didn't make the claim all by herself, but it's essentially unintentional subtext that was later declared canon. (And I will argue to my dying day that Dumbledore's subtext was not unintentional in the slightest, but that's another story.)
