I haven't seen much of that. Honestly, I prefer not to put a label on Cas. "He" is an angel that technically doesn't have a gender or sexuality. I've noticed that he does tend to have more chemistry with male characters, interestingly enough (especially Dean, obviously. Heck, even Hannah's male vessel, though that pairing is problematic for multiple reasons). That may be what some fans are getting at.
Also, the Castiel and April mess involved some serious consent issues..... I would be careful about using that as an example.
