I absolutely love this idea. It would mean more likely episodes of the doctors crossing over and working together \o/

I enjoyed the reconstruction animated episodes from Patrick Troughton's missing episodes, even though it can be stiff and obviously made on a tight budget - it shows how much dedication gets put into bringing the lost episodes out.
