Maybe I just have a thick skin but I genuinely don't care if someone's blocked me, I'd rather they do that for whatever reason, be they petty or not, than try to start some weirdo drama because I like something they don't. To me this just removes any potential issues and I'm fine with it.

Same, I block plenty of people (for reasons as petty as "they keep reblogging that ugly art") and it doesn't bother me if they do the same.
