Same (his early stuff at least. I haven't been keeping up w/ his new releases)! I'm usually a pretty slow reader, but I read Heart-Shaped Box in one sitting. I remember also liking his short story collections a lot.

the attractiveness of the musician is not really a factor for me in music. In actors, sure. But when it comes to music, I'm just listening. I don't even pay attention to music videos. The videos just distract from the music for me. I mean, I like music scores for movies and tv. So I do think music can enhance visuals. But I don't really think the reverse is true for me. Visuals don't enhance music, at least for me personally. I like music on its own. So how the artist looks isn't a factor for me.

Not gonna lie, I judged Tite Kubo (Bleach author) way more harshly once I learned Mayuri was one of his favorites.

Like, I can understand evil people being fun to write or draw, but absolutely no justice was brought against that guy.

Ouch.
Gotta be honest and say I hate that, too. I try to be considerate, at least, by at the very least explaining in my page what kinds of people I'd be willing to block. It does feel very uncomfortable, esp. if they are ruling you out as a person because you have some taste.
