Absolutely, he's not conventionally attractive, but imo he's cute as hell.
It's interesting, when he's sitting with good friend Oscar Isaac, who, imo is conventionally handsome, I find them both equally as attractive. Pedro has charisma and an adorable personality in interviews. To me, that adds to his physical attractiveness.
