Yeah, I feel like you really can't compare that particular situation to the other ones in the example because like you said, it wasn't like she was having sex with that other guy without his consent. She was having sex with Steve, who was in the other guy's body. Which has its own host of consent issues, but it's not the same as having sex with someone who very clearly did not consent/was forced into it. The actual PERSON she was having sex with was Steve, who was fully consenting.
