Yeah, this. Even just being exhausted and asleep or concussed seems like an open invitation to AYRT--what about people in nursing homes with dementia? Thinking of at least one (I think congresscritter?) who snuck in his wife's care home and raped her because "she's my wife, I'm allowed" even when she had no clue who he was... brr.

"Not present in their body" is unfortunately not just a fantasy scenario, or stuff like doctors groping/raping unconscious patients wouldn't be a problem.

Huh? It is a fantasy scenario. Your mind is still in your body when you're asleep or unconscious. Not the same as someone else's mind taking the place of your own inside your brain.
