All right, I'd like to apologize.

I'll admit that, to be honest, I've never really been huge into the fandom for this game--I've never been into most fandoms, actually. So I've only caught glimpses of it, and it just seems that with any fandom, the pairing part of it is what always shows, even if it's not the focus. So I'm entirely willing to accept that I've gotten the wrong impression of the group.

Sorry, I definitely should have used my brain before generalizing.

That's okay. ♥ My feeling was mainly one of bewilderment, but I did feel a little hurt because...hey, when you take part in a fandom you get tarred with the same brush, yanno?

You sound like a sweetheart so please don't take offence from my reply, it was written immediately after viewing the secret - which as we all know isn't a good idea XD

The fandom in general for Layton is very gen and sweet actually, and the pairing stuff is very easy to avoid. So if you ever do want to join, hey, we'll welcome you :'D

Thank you very much for this. Given how small the cast of main players is, most of us just enjoy gen and crack. The majority of the main LJ comm is just discussion and goofing off. As

maskalade said, the fandom and the comm is very friendly and welcoming. Stop in and say hi sometime! :D
