Incest aside, I would have to agree, if only because I can't see Jon being a schemer without it being basically forced onto him by circumstance, and I can't Sansa ever learning to be non-manipulative ever again.

Ugh, if only! She could’ve been such an awesome villain. Everyone involved in the show deserved so much more. Forever salty.

So true. Like, Dany is my favorite character and I'll forever love her. But a villain arc, properly written, could have worked. A descent into darkness and her turning epically evil in a way that made sense with them taking time and showing their work could have been awesome. But no, they were bored and ready to move on to other things, so instead we got bells and bad writing.

I COULD have shipped them, but let's be honest: it was all downhill between them after that amazing reunion hug. By the final episode I don't think they even liked each other that much.

I liked it throughout season 6. That forehead smooch on the castle wall... *chef's kiss* The added tension of their supporters making him King in the North and her manipulative tendencies added spiciness.

Wow, this is a facet of their character interpretation that I absolutely hate, plus evil!Dany for good measure! Pushes all my nope buttons. I'm kinda glad someone out there likes it though; be a funny old world if we were all the same.
