Wandavision is pretty great so far but if you know nothing about the MCU it may be a bit hard to follow.
The new Ducktales is pretty good.
If you haven't seen the Pixar shorts, I recommend those.
I know lots of people who love the both animated Star Wars series (Clone Wars and Rebels) but I have not personally watched them - same with the Rapunzel show.
I rewatched the first 12 seasons of the Simpsons first thing when I got Disney+.
