Agreed! I'm from NYC and went to NOLA for Halloween pre-pandemic and it was pretty fuckin magical to me. It killed every category on your list, absolutely 5/5. I'd also add that the people were friendly as fuck and it was only partially because everyone was wasted lol. I made a friend in the line of every nightmarish restroom I waited for.
