... Anon, I was so sure this was a troll secret because CLEARLY the lyrics are "BY that tattoo on your shoulder." Oops

I guess I had always thought the narrator was saying her tattoo made her look cheap/trashy. And I always thought that line was weirdly judgmental ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know the line is "bite that tattoo on your shoulder" and yet, no matter what version I hear of the song (I'm very biased for the PMJ's version) I always think it's "by that tattoo on your shouldeR" because it does make sense that is that judgmental, while the other is a change of subject that just doesn't compute in my brain.
