Not bad. Heard from my doctor's office that my blood work results are in and at first she was going to give them to me over the phone but the last time I was there my blood pressure was really high (it was 126/84 yesterday thanks to my keeping track of my sodium intake) so she wants me to come in tomorrow and check it. Sounds like my results are ok? I hope so. My husband made this AMAZING cassoulet for dinner and we have enough to last several meals. Right now I'm drinking my water (doctor's orders) and getting ready to watch the Warriors game.
