It isn't just about being in shape. It is about the size of the breasts in relation to the size of your body. Mine are large (not as large as hers), but my body is also large. She has a tiny body. Even a woman who is very in shape with breasts that big and a body that tiny, it is going to cause back pain.

And I don't pretend to care all that much. There are chicks with big jugs who DO say it hurts their back, it doesn't particularly trouble me.
