AYRT
*I mostly use Spotify to listen to music*
I've been writing a lot of romantic love making smut as well as lust-filled hot hookups so I've been listening to a lot of Ariana Grande, SZA, Meghan Thee Stallion, Kylie Minogue, Janet Jackson and The Cardigans (among a bunch of other artists).

For my regretful hookups or angst filled smut I listened to Liz Phair's Exile into Guyville album a lot as well Mariah Carey's and Janet Jackson's breakup songs. I also found some random indie artists I discovered a few weeks ago (MyKey, Omar Apollo, Los Retros, Sophie Meiers, Jenevieve).

NGL as a cultural thing for me some peak romances I saw growing up were musical numbers from Bollywood movies so I also play music from some of my favorite musical numbers.
Lately, Ishq Hi Hai Rab

and Dholna
https://youtu.be/bWNkpJdkOj4
have been kicking my ass when I want to be right in the middle of a heavy deeply romantic love making scene. But I think what packs the punch is remembering how I felt watching the films and really loving the chemistry between the leads in the films/musical number along with the songs in themselves.

Some songs can really help me get into the shameless smut mood. Recently, Jay Park's "I Don't Disappoint" was my hype song for one of my fics. Please don't judge my basic Jay Park simping ass.
