I like some of the silly movies - Love at First Bite, Once Bitten, and My Best Friend Is a Vampire, Buffy the Vampire Slayer

I also sometimes enjoy bad vampire movies - Van Helsing, Dracula 2000, Blade: Trinity

But for good, not silly ones (though generally with some comedic elements) - From Dusk Til Dawn, Lost Boys, Monster Squad, Fright Night (1985), Fright Night Part 2, Underworld

And there was a short-lived 1998 British TV show called Ultraviolet, that starred Jack Davenport (plus Susannah Harker, Idris Elba, Philip Quast, and Stephen Moyer)
