I am trying to eat less meat (and make my family eat less meat). What are some of your favorite vegetarian recipes that are not just rice/pasta with a vegetable.

I have only seen Black Swan, so I can't judge, but I remember hearing a lot of people say Black Swan was just a rip off of Perfect Blue? And I've never heard anyone say they thought Black Swan was better.
So I am a bit surprised to see this as a secret.
Though this is the first time I even heard about Black Swan in years.

I know what you mean. I was dusting my mum's doll collection and absolutely had to spend several minutes fixing one doll's hat because it was getting in her eyes. I'd call it more like "respect for things"? It makes you feel good too.

Vegetarian chilli with beans
Eggs in most forms make a decent veggie meal - scrambled, poached, omlette, frittata, boiled, etc
Homous and falafel wraps with salad in
Risotto (squash, beetroot and goats cheese, mushroom)
